The Suzuki Throw was designed by Shun Sasaki, a Tokyo based graphic designer known for bold compositions that mix typography and illustration. The Suzuki Throw is confident, graphic, and full of character. A large pink figure rides a red skateboard against a cobalt blue sky, fluffy white clouds stacked above and Japanese katakana characters reading "(せいかつ)" - meaning "daily life" - framed at the top. It's joyful and a little absurdist, and looks great hung on the wall.

Every Slowdown Studio throw starts as an original artwork. We collaborate with independent artists around the world to translate their creativity into woven form.
